Although I have gotten a lot of writing practice in, I still seem to let plenty of errors slip by without being aware of it. I want to become a better writer with each paper I write. Therefore, in order to further progress in my writing abilities, I want to address my current strengths, weaknesses, and goals for the future. I often lack the confidence to clearly communicate my strengths in any area of life, but more specifically, writing. However, after looking at the grades on my most recent paper, I am able to see more clearly what my strengths consist of. Answer: Each and every country in the world has a healthcare system to provide all round services related to health at an affordable cost. They all are in a continuous struggle to balance the access and quality of the healthcare services with the affordability. In case of high income countries, this challenge demands more research in the health sector, but in case of low income countries such as India this challenge is burdened with many more other challenges such as poverty, shortage of trained health service providers, lack of infrastructure etc. In this essay we will compare and contrast the health care system of the United Kingdom and India. Though the health care system of India has evolved from the British colonial root, the healthcare systems of the two countries are very different from each other both in terms of organization and expenditure. According to the ranking provided by the World Health Organization based on the healthcare system of 191 countries in 2000, the rank of the UK was 15 whereas the rank of India was 112. According to the report the expenditure of the UK in the health sector is around 9.6% of the GDP whereas in case of India it is only about 4.1% of the GDP. The contribution of the public in the overall expenditure related to health care is 81.7% whereas in case of India it is only about 26.2% (Slideshare.net, 2015). The healthcare system of the UK is very organized and based on the model of National Health Service or NHS. This model was introduced in the year 1948. This model is based on the principle of universality i.e. according to the NHS, the health care services should be available to all regardless of their social and economic condition. On the other hand, majority of the health care expenses are carried out by the general public. The main player of the Indian health sector is the private companies. This system of health care lacks a single scheme covering entire population. But there are health schemes but they are mostly for a specific section of the population (Gupta, 2015). In the UK, the health care services are under the NHS model which covers entire population as well as entire spectrum of health care services ranging from primary health care to long term and critical care. Traditionally, the process of concept ideas input was running with hand-rendered, two-dimensional representations or sketches by writing materials such as pencil, paint or ink on paper but it can now be transformed with the immersive way to produce preliminary sketches or three-dimensional visuals with computer-assisted technology. During the implementation of VR in the architecture design, the three-dimensional modeler 3DM that has been developed at the University of North Carolina created the three-dimensional models by using a HMD system and hand-held pointing device. By the providing of this application, models can be transform and edit with the capabilities of copying, pasting, cutting, moving and scaling and even can be manipulated with the immersive ways. Design Process from Sketches to Models There are many stages in the design process such as mapping, diagrams, sketches, construction drawing and etc. Sketches and working drawing with the concept ideas input are important while they can be differentiates by the accuracy, detail and amount of representative information. When the input of the concept ideas on the sketches are enough to be expressive and able to develop into working drawing which mean it can be program and execute by the computer. Computer-aided design (CAD) is useful and convenience in modeling because it provides valuable tools. And, repeating operation can be implemented in the CAD application as well. In the other hand, the immediacy of the process by translating a sketch straight into a functional model can enhance the act of creativity and the understanding of the three-dimensional space. Two-dimensional Media and Scale Models The two-dimensional media such as paper is always using in the design of architecture as the communication of concept ideas into the design development. Other than that, the presentation drawings such as the construction drawing, detailing drawing and three-dimensional perspective are representing the three-dimensional objects with two-dimensional media. Even every output of the computerized such as CAD has to be present with the two-dimensional media by displaying on the screen or printed on paper. It is operated by the Olympic Delivery Authority, moreover, the construction has cost about 269 million pounds. Besides, the centre has been built by the contractor, Balfour Beauty with the help of structural engineer, Ove Arup Partners. Furthermore, the capacity of the centre can fit up to 17,500 seats. Evidently, from the complexity and unique design of the aquatics centre can be seen, that was under Zaha Hadids contemporary and innovative design. The aquatics centre was designed by Zaha Hadid with the concept of the fluidity of water in motion. The design of the spaces and surrounding environment has come with the inspiration from the landscape of Olympic Park. Precast-concrete has been used as the main material for the construction of this building. Other than that, the roof that looks like a wave was constructed with steel and glass was used for the facade of the building. Frank Gehry Frank Owen Gehry was born with the name, Frank Owen Goldberg but with the suggestion by his wife, Anita Snyder, he has changed his name to Frank O. Gehry. Frank Gehry was born on 28th February 1929 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He was a winning architect of the Canadian-American Pritzker Price who based in Los Angeles and he also awarded several prize such as AIA Gold Medal, National Medal of Arts and Order of Canada. In the World Architecture Survey in 2010, his works have been quoted as the important contemporary architecture in the world because he was one of the most influenced and important architects in the twentieth century. With his reputation as a famous architect, he has considered as a modern architectural icon in the architecture industry. His buildings are well-known in designing with sculptural in form and always full of surprise with amazing architecture design. In 1954, he studied architecture course in the University of Southern California and got the Bachelor of Architecture degree. He then studied city planning in Harvard University Graduate School of Design and he worked for a few architecture firms. In 1962, he established his own company, Frank O. Cervantes' Motivation for Writing Don Quixote  Ã‚   Miguel de Cervantes' greatest literary work, Don Quixote, maintains an enduring, if somewhat stereotypical image in the popular culture: the tale of the obsessed knight and his clownish squire who embark on a faith-driven, adventure-seeking quest. However, although this simple premise has survived since the novel's inception, and spawned such universally known concepts or images as quixotic idealism and charging headlong at a group of "giants" which are actually windmills, Cervantes' motivation for writing Don Quixote remains an untold story. Looking at late fifteenth- and early sixteenth-century Spain from the viewpoint of a Renaissance man, Cervantes came to dislike many aspects of the age in which he lived, and decided to satirize what he saw as its failings; however, throughout the writing of what would become his most famous work, Cervantes was torn by a philosophical conflict which pervaded the Renaissance and its intellectuals--the clash of faith and reason.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚   When Cervantes began writing Don Quixote, the most direct target of his satirical intentions was the chivalric romance. He makes this aim clear in his own preface to the novel, stating that "..[his] sole aim in writing..is to invalidate the authority, and ridicule the absurdity of those books of chivalry, which have, as it were, fascinated the eyes and judgment of the world, and in particular of the vulgar.† Immediately after the beginning of the novel, he demonstrates some of the ridiculous and unbelievable writing of these books: as Alonso Quixano--the man who decides to become the knight Don Quixote, after going mad from reading too many of these romances--sits in his study, tirelessly poring over his belo... ...r (Magill 330).
